WHITE BALANCE
A digital camera feature that compensates for the colour cast of different types of light (e.g. incandescent bulbs have a yellowish cast, sunlight has a bluish cast) to ensure proper colour reproduction. White balance can be adjusted automatically, or manually by pointing the camera at a white or grey wall or card.
